Features: inaugurated in 1985, the Carajás Railroad (EFC) is a concession of Vale, in which VLI operates through the right of way. It has 15,000 railcars and 254 locomotives carrying iron ore, pig iron, manganese, copper, fuel, coal and others.
Connections: 892 kilometers long, it passes through the states of Pará (PA) and Maranhão (MA) and joins the North South Railway, forming the VLI Central-North Corridor.
